Aufgaben

• Posts payments received through email and online payments to student accounts.
• Processes daily deposits and posting of student activity and refunds.
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly metrics reports.
• Manages student refunds via ACH, check, and card payments.
• Processes 1098-Ts and addresses tax credit questions.
• Maintains student financial records in PeopleSoft.
• Provides customer service at Bruin Support Services Welcome Center.
• Ensures FERPA compliance and confidentiality.
