Job summary

Bellevue University in Bellevue, NE seeks an experienced Functional Analyst to support the Student Accounts in the PeopleSoft Campus Solution. You will configure, maintain, and monitor tables for the Student Financials module and the TouchNet payment gateway.

You will troubleshoot issues, test upgrades, build basic reports, and ensure data integrity across departments. Collaboration and timely issue resolution are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or four years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of accounts receivable experience or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Financials and related tools.
• Experience with TouchNet and payment processing is preferred.
• Ability to work nights/weekends from home during upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Monitors pre/post-implementation problems and revisions.
• Configures and maintains Student Financials tables in PeopleSoft.
• Sets up billing calendars, due dates, term defaults, and fees.
• Processes 1098-T and interacts with TouchNet and 3C communications.
• Creates and maintains reports and metrics for management.
• Collaborates across departments to ensure module integration.
• Performs upgrade testing and production readiness.
• Maintains user access and security per rules.
• End of year activities and data archiving.
