Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 college credits, or high school diploma with two years cashier experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable billings and collection.
• Proficient with ten key and Microsoft Excel/Word.
• Experience with Jenzabar EX or similar software.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the workflow of the Student Accounts office and supervise staff.
• Balance daily transactions and postings to the ledger; troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Process payment plans, holds on accounts, refunds, and collections as needed.
• Assist in preparation of 1098-T and respond to student inquiries.
• Maintain records and provide strong customer service to students.
