Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Payment Processing/University ID Cards services and staff, ensure cash controls and balancing.
• Oversee reconciliations of over $350M in payment activity and coordinate deposits and bank transmissions.
• Lead training and coaching for staff to maintain service standards and accuracy.
