Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Collections Specialist to support the student account collections process. You will manage delinquent student accounts, work with inactive students to resolve balances, and set up payment plans, while coordinating with external collection agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related work experience in student support.
• Knowledge of collections, student accounts, receivables and reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
• Proficiency with financial, student information, and spreadsheet systems.
