You will work on compliance, data reporting, and communications for Accounts Payable, enabling staff, faculty and students to operate efficiently in a dynamic, globally engaged environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Three to five years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge of business and financial processes and practices.
• General knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with financial guidelines and terminology.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Office of Global Engagement; coordinates travel and program activities for faculty and staff and ensures travel expenses comply with policies.
• Assist with budget preparation for faculty-led programs; monitor expenditures and ensure program fees are managed within budget.
• Assist students with financial aid, scholarships and financial transactions; represent the Office at fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with business expenses and travel policies; reconcile travel expense reports and procurement card verifications.
• Track data and KPIs; assemble and maintain data for reporting on international programs.
• Manage communications for the Office of Global Engagement and Accounts Payable; organize technology tools and electronic data storage.
