Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of related work experience in student support.
  • Knowledge of collections, student accounts, receivables and reconciliation.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Proficiency with financial, student information, and spreadsheet systems.

In this role, you will manage delinquent student accounts, work with inactive students to resolve outstanding balances and establish payment plans, and coordinate the placement and resolution of accounts with external collection agencies. You will also support account reconciliations, reporting, write-off activities, compliance, and process improvement efforts.
