Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about student accounts, balances, and payment options.
• Process student and departmental payments and third-party billing.
• Investigate accounts for accuracy and verify transactions with the appropriate department.
• Assist with accounts receivable responsibilities and daily cashiering reconciliation.
• Collaborate with campus departments and train student workers.
• Deliver presentations at campus events and outreach activities.
