Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding student accounts, balances, and payment options.
• Communicate university policies related to student accounts.
• Analyze and investigate accounts to verify transaction validity.
• Process third-party/sponsored billing, invoices, receipts, and sponsor reconciliations.
• Execute payment processes and daily cashiering reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and timely student accounts records.
• Make outbound collection calls on delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with departments across campus.
• Deliver presentations at campus events for the Student Accounts Office.
• Work with and train student workers.
• Other duties as assigned by Student Accounts Leadership.
