Job summary

The University of Central Florida is seeking a Student Accounts Analyst within Financial Affairs to manage Guild Education sponsorship billing, verification, and payment reconciliation, serving as the primary liaison for Guild-sponsored students.

You will collaborate with Guild Education, Financial Aid, and campus offices to ensure accurate invoicing, refunds, and compliance while leveraging Excel and PeopleSoft Query to support data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with student account services or billing preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and query writing.
• Experience with third‑party billing, deferrals, waivers, or 1098-T forms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Guild Education and students regarding billing policy and timing.
• Calculate sponsored tuition, fees, housing charges, and awards per sponsor.
• Respond to inquiries about billing, payments, and refunds.
• Post payments and charges to the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with campus offices and outside agencies to manage billing and refunds.
