You will support the Academic Record Change process during late adds/drops and medical withdrawals, ensuring accurate data across systems.

You will verify information, post to ledgers, and help collect accounts receivable while maintaining high service standards in a busy campus environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering professional customer service and explaining financial policies clearly.
• Strong data verification and accurate data entry skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems like PeopleSoft, and higher education processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, timely student account support to students and families.
• Maintain and communicate through Student Account Services Academic Record Change processes.
• Verify student information and process payments, waivers, refunds, and postings to ledgers.
• Assist with accounts receivable collection efforts and respond to inquiries.
