Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 0+ years of experience.
• Ability to clearly explain financial policies and procedures to diverse audiences.
• Strong data entry and accuracy for financial data and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel for data entry, reporting, or financial tracking.
• Familiarity with university processes and higher education policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous and timely customer service to students and university customers regarding payments, holds and refunds.
• Maintain Academic Record Change process for late adds/drops, swaps and medical withdrawals; communicate updated statuses.
• Collect, verify and correct data from students, faculty, staff and other university community members.
• Create postings for the general ledger via group posting process.
• Review and verify tuition payments and 1098-T related information.
• Assist with the collection of university accounts receivable.
• Other duties as assigned.
