Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic accounting, loans/credit knowledge, problem solving; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and work a portfolio of current and past-due tuition, Perkins Loans, and other university receivables.
• Locate students/parents, place calls, send letters and emails, record and follow up on payment agreements.
• Provide financial counseling on payment schedules and arrangements within policy deadlines.
• Assist Bursar’s Office with high-volume inquiries to meet service metric standards.
