Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years accounting/finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Word.
• Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow and financial reporting tools.
• No driver’s license requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the late fee process within Workday Student and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for ServiceNow tickets and EIB uploads.
• Oversee stale-dated checks and reporting for unclaimed property.
• Train and develop staff and improve workflows.
• Assist with 1098T processing and month-end close activities.
• Reconcile health insurance activity and related accounts.
