Qualifications

• Current Davenport University student in the Accounting Honors program.
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours and maintaining academic progress.
• Experience with computerized data systems (PC and mainframe).

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in audit of procurement card purchases.
• Assist with accounts payable checks and escheat process.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements.
• Assist in auditing general ledger revenue, expenses, and fixed assets.
• Assist with bookstore inventory valuation audits.
• Assist with accounts payable cut-off procedures and accruals.
• Reconcile accounts receivable for federal programs and other accounts.
• Process bi-weekly payroll data.
• Provide excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Follow NCAA, GLIAC and athletics-related regulations.
