• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a student-facing role within higher education.
• Experience delivering workshops or presentations on professional development.
• Experience guiding students in career planning and job search strategies.
• Familiarity with resume/cover letter review and interview prep.

Responsibilities

• Coach students and alumni through career development and job search strategies.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to secure internships and experiential learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure relevant experiences are gained for graduation.
• Assist with résumé, cover letters, and other application documents.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to improve interview techniques.
• Support career events and workshops through planning and on-site execution.
• Maintain compliance with career services policies and ethical standards.
