Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Economics.
• 3+ years of relevant professional work experience in banking or finance.
• Exposure to digital/AI infrastructure, real estate, renewable or infrastructure debt or equity preferred.
• Strong credit and risk analysis skills; ability to model and execute project financing.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials and proposals.
• Call on clients and deliver presentations.
• Structure transactions; research and analyze current or future industries.
• Negotiate mandates and review legal documents with clients.
