Job summary

You will ensure KYC/AML compliance and drive control enhancements while supporting amendments and lifecycle events across Leveraged and Structured Finance structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, lending or related roles.
• Experience with Loan IQ or comparable loan booking/servicing platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of complex Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance transactions from pre-approval to close.
• Coordinate closing checklists, conditions precedent, documentation status, and funding readiness.
• Review approvals, KYC/AML diligence, onboarding, and booking data for completion.
• Support amendments, waivers, extensions, and other lifecycle events requiring cross-functional execution.
• Contribute to process improvement, training materials, and repeatable execution standards.
