Responsibilities

  • On-site leadership of a team of 8–20 mechanics and subcontractors.
  • Plan manpower to support production and program management activities.
  • Review schedules, develop 1–2 week plans, and report progress.
  • Assign daily work, monitor performance, and document evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with bargaining agreement and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other shops to meet goals and address issues.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and standard practice development.
