Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or construction on commercial, government or industrial projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to gain buy-in across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect all phases of concrete work including formwork, rebar placement, sampling, and testing.
• Verify structural steel erection—dimensions, connections, alignment, and welding inspection coordination.
• Oversee site prep, excavation depths, soil tests, footing/pile cap installations, and document records.
