Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Specialist (Structural) to conduct detailed inspections and testing of all structural components, ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and shop drawings.

The role requires on-site oversight across earthwork, foundations, steel, and concrete. Responsibilities include monitoring concrete work, steel erection, site prep, and maintaining comprehensive QC records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or construction on commercial, government or industrial projects.
• Takes initiative and accountability to deliver value and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect concrete work including formwork, rebar placement, concrete delivery ticket verification, sampling and testing.
• Verify quality of structural steel erection, connections, alignment, and welding inspection.
• Oversee site preparation, excavation depths, soil compaction, footing/pile cap installations.
• Maintain QC records: Inspection and Test Plans, Daily Quality Reports, NCRs and punch lists.
