Undergraduate degree in construction or related discipline or relevant experience.
Minimum 5-8+ years verifiable construction quality control/inspection experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders (executive team, leadership, trade partners, and third party providers).

Responsibilities

Partner with the project team to understand, plan, and implement contract drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of construction and completion.
Oversee submittal review and approval; manage the punch list process and closeout deliverables.
