Qualifications

• 2–4 years field experience for entry to mid-level
• 4–6+ years quality control on commercial sites for senior
• Ability to read complex drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with NCRs and daily field reporting

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites and verify adherence to design specs.
• Read architectural drawings, structural blueprints, and submittals.
• Use field testing equipment and thermal imaging.
• Document punch lists, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and daily field reports.
• Ensure site compliance with local building codes, ADA, fire codes, and EHS rules
