Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) is seeking a Project Manager to oversee low to medium scope projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and effective client communication. The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, and serving as the primary liaison between the SSR team and clients.

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering with four years related project experience.
• Ten years of practical experience on similar projects.
• Professional Engineer Licensure preferred (required by those with ABET accredited degrees in engineering)

Responsibilities

• Confirms project scope and requirements with the client and stakeholders.
• Develops the project budget and staffing plan; manages financials.
• Leads project kick-off meetings to convey scope, milestones and expectations.
• Monitors schedule, manpower, and budgets; maintains profit variance within +/-5%.
• Ensures project documentation is completed and stored appropriately.
• Facilitates communication between clients, design team, and vendors.
