Job summary

Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-scope projects and mentor Project Managers. You will serve as the primary client contact, develop plans, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery with quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor's degree in a major technical discipline with 10+ years of project experience.
• Proven leadership as a trusted advisor to clients and ability to manage complex projects.
• Professional Engineer licensure preferred or required for ABET-degree holders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-scope, high-complexity projects and serve as primary client contact and advisor.
• Plan and execute projects, manage financials, and mentor junior Project Managers.
• Develop staffing plans, budgets, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Coordinate proposals, prepare budgets, and ensure timely, quality project deliverables.
• Attend meetings, communicate outcomes, and manage risks and changes proactively.
• Track revenue, AR, and invoicing; maintain documentation and QA/QC plans.
