Responsibilities

• Confirm project scope and requirements with client and stakeholders.
• Develop financial plans and budgets for projects; manage invoices and revenue.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate with design teams.
• Provide oversight and mentoring to project staff and PMs.
• Manage risk, schedule, and resource planning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain QA/QC plans and ensure project documentation is filed properly.
