Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑scope projects and programs, acting as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.

You will plan, execute, and monitor projects, manage financials, and mentor Project Managers I and II to ensure SSR quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in a major technical discipline and 10+ years of project experience OR 15 years on similar projects.
• Proven leadership as a trusted advisor to clients and ability to manage projects of varying size and complexity.
• Expertise in proactively managing project financials with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑scope, high‑complexity projects or multiple programs; serve as primary client contact and mentor junior PMs.
• Confirm project scope with clients, capture assumptions and decisions, and coordinate the proposal phase.
• Develop financial plans by negotiating fees and preliminary budgets; ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Lead project kick‑offs, set milestones, and monitor manpower plans across disciplines.
• Attend client meetings, communicate outcomes, and manage risk and change throughout the life cycle.
