Job summary

You will maintain logs, organize drawings and submittals, and ensure information is accurate and current across active jobs, using Tekla PowerFab as the primary tracking system. The role requires strong organizational skills, follow-up on missing information, and coordination with project managers, detailers and field personnel in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain project logs, submittals, RFIs, transmittals and change orders with accuracy.
• Receive, log, organize and distribute drawings and project correspondence.
• Track submittals, RFIs and revisions; monitor due dates and follow up.
• Coordinate with PMs, detailers, and field personnel to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain drawing logs, submittal records, RFIs, transmittals and change orders in Tekla PowerFab.
• Receive, log, upload, organize and distribute drawings and project correspondence.
• Track outgoing submittals, expected response dates and revision status.
• Monitor RFIs and missing information; coordinate follow-ups and document answers.
