Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years' experience in construction, structural steel fabrication, or project coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and distribute drawing submittal packages to sub-fabricators with current revisions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including logs, submittals, revisions, and correspondence.
• Receive, file, and track NCRs from field teams and document resolution.
• Review shipping tickets and verify material quantities and piece marks.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, change orders and related docs for sub-fabricators.
• Manage RFIs and clarification requests from sub-fabricators and track responses.
• Identify missing materials and shipping discrepancies and coordinate follow-up.
• Maintain organized electronic project files throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project updates and reports to support coordination.
• Other duties as assigned.
