Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project schedules and deliverables.
• Maintain databases and project spreadsheets.
• Prepare correspondence, communications and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support project documentation.
• Assist with project specifications and RFPs.
• Ensure accurate project records and compliance with procedures.
