Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 8+ years of experience, PE license, and strong knowledge of ASCE, AWWA, and international codes; AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency is highly preferred. This position is office-based with collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience required.
• Registered P.E. is required.
• Proficient with ASCE, AWWA, and International Codes.
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil design schedule aligned with deliverables.
• Lead project strategy meetings and develop design concepts.
• Perform site layout, grading, drainage and sanitary sewer design.
• Conduct flood studies.
• Develop pavement and roadway designs for industrial and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with disciplines for seamless execution.
• Interface with clients and external partners.
• Maintain design standards and QC procedures.
• Promote positive working environment and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
