Job summary

Abbott in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide education and procedural support for the Stroke Prevention portfolio, including Amplatzer, Amulet and LAA Occluder. You will train interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and other personnel while advancing product adoption.

This role requires a BS/BA and 9+ years in cardiovascular care, with 3+ years in Structural Heart or electrophysiology.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of cardiovascular work; 3+ years in Structural Heart or Electrophysiology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and sales support for Abbott's Stroke Prevention products.
• Educate interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel on device usage.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers to ensure clinical coverage and outcomes.
• Share product, clinical and market data to support marketing strategies.
• Travel to sites as needed to cover procedures and clinical education.
• Maintain knowledge of latest device developments and imaging techniques.
