Job summary

Abbott in the United States is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support Stroke Prevention products (Amplatzer, Amulet, LAA Occluder). The role involves educating interventional cardiologists and cath lab staff, and providing procedural support across a defined region.

You will travel up to 50%+, collaborate with Territory Managers, train staff, share clinical data, and help develop product marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of related work experience.
• Vaccination or accommodation options per vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to provide case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
• Serve as primary resource for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
• Inform customers of the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry.
• Engage in clinical, procedural and technical discussions and link data outcomes to messaging.
• Meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and provide solutions.
