Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional Engineer licensure in Kansas and/or Missouri.
- Proven experience with KDOT/MoDOT or local agencies and staff management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Kansas/Missouri Division Structural Engineering Group across design, inspection, and rehabilitation services.
- Manage project teams with staffing, budget, and schedule oversight across multiple offices.
- Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Represent Benesch at industry events and drive regional growth strategies.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and build a high-performing team.
