Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Rayville, LA seeks a Lead Construction Supervisor to manage daily crew activities in line with project timelines, plans, specifications, codes and industry standards. You will provide training on safety and operating procedures and supervise other crafts as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequencing of activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Lead safety practices and conduct toolbox talks; communicate plans and schedules to crews.
