Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Supervisor to direct safety, productivity, and quality on the project site. You will ensure layout and quality checks align with the latest drawings and specifications while motivating craftsmen to work safely and efficiently.

You will plan tasks, train for safety practices, conduct toolbox talks, coordinate with warehouse and purchasing for tools and materials, and monitor daily progress. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to supervise craft workers and coordinate tasks.
• Knowledge of scheduling, material control, and cost management systems.
• Ability to communicate written and oral instructions effectively.
• Strong teamwork, motivation, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft workers and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan task execution and train safety practices.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and review timecards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing for tools and materials.
• Monitor and report daily/weekly work quantities.
• Complete performance reviews of craft workers.
