Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of relevant field engineering experience in heavy industrial projects.
• Knowledge of structural steel, fabrication, connections, and bolt testing.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, construction, survey, and other disciplines.
• IFC drawings, material management, and progress reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of Installation Work Packages and short interval planning.
• Prepares and reviews construction drawings, sketches, and field instructions.
• Coordinates with superintendents to ensure workface planning readiness.
• Verifies quantities installed and supports progress tracking systems.
• Ensures materials and embeds, anchor bolts are available and aligned.
• Interfaces with superintendents, craftsmen, and subcontractors to coordinate requirements.
• Supports inspection and test planning and quality compliance.
• Monitors field activities to ensure IFC drawings and approved docs are used.
• Coordinates with survey, engineering, and other disciplines for layout.
• Identifies and resolves NCRs and supports corrective actions.
• Promotes Zero Accident Philosophy and safe execution.
