Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; international equivalents acceptable.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years in lieu.
• Experience leading Architectural Field Engineers and coordinating field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural field engineers, set priorities and develop staff.
• Oversee preparation and review of construction drawings and methods.
• Coordinate work planning, scoping, and materials to support field execution.
• Oversee material withdrawals, requisitions, quantity takeoffs, and tracking.
• Lead technical coordination to resolve design conflicts and site conditions.
• Review inspection plans, coordinate architectural inspections and turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractor work fronts and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Ensure Zero Accident Philosophy and safety requirements are followed.
