Job summary

The role focuses on material planning and coordination to ensure correct identification, storage, and shipping of materials for installation at the jobsite.

Collaborating with Project Controls, Supply Chain, Automation Support and Construction teams, you will help guarantee timely material availability and alignment with the construction schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to maintain procurement records, track purchase orders, and manage documentation accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Material coordination at jobsite to ensure accurate reporting of material and equipment work package statuses for installation.
• Material planning to ensure materials are shipped and stored with proper detail for distribution to construction.
