Job summary

Bechtel's Manufacturing & Technology (M&T) is delivering an API manufacturing facility in Houston, TX. This role supports material planning and coordination, ensuring materials and equipment are identified, stored, and shipped correctly for installation on a small to mid-size project site.

You will coordinate with project controls, engineering, and supply chain to ensure schedules are met and materials arrive when needed, contributing to on-site execution and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming materials and equipment.
• Attention to detail with inventory records and documentation.
• Proficiency with data entry, tracking shipments and logs.
• Strong teamwork to coordinate with suppliers, logistics and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages material coordination at the jobsite to report status of material and equipment for installation.
• Monitors inventory control mechanisms and uses Supply Chain Automation tools.
• Allocates priorities to ensure material availability for installation in advance.
• Coordinates material availability with design revisions and work-around plans.
