Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of structural steel, fabrication, connections, and bolt/testing processes.
• Familiarity with IFC drawings, quantities, and progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and short interval planning.
• Prepares and reviews construction drawings, sketches, and field instructions.
• Coordinates with superintendents to ensure workface planning readiness.
• Verifies quantities installed and supports progress tracking systems.
• Ensures structural materials are available and aligned with construction needs.
• Interfaces with superintendents, crafts professionals, and subcontractors to coordinate requirements.
• Supports inspection and test planning and quality compliance.
• Monitors field activities to ensure IFC drawings and approved documents are used.
• Coordinates with survey, engineering, and other disciplines for proper installation.
• Identifies NCRs and supports corrective actions with engineering.
