Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience, master’s degree with 3 years of experience, Ph.D. with 1 year of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical fields; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret Clearance prior to starting.
2+ years of experience leading small teams in a technical, program, project, or functional/people management capacity.
5+ years of experience performing classical and finite element analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead a Structural Analysis team of 5–8 analysts and oversee both functional management and technical supervision.
Ensure staffed processes and tools maintain program cost and schedule performance.
Attend internal and customer reviews and approve analysis/test reports and structural trade studies.
Develop staffing plans, provide staff performance evaluations, and drive process improvements.
