Responsibilities include technical supervision, staffing plans, and ensuring cost/schedule performance while meeting design requirements for varied environments.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, 5+ years leading small teams, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Basic: 5+ years leading small teams in technical/people management.
• Active or current U.S. Government Secret clearance required before starting.
• Ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional management and technical supervision for a structural analysis team.
• Oversee analysis activities for electronics and antenna structures in varied environments.
• Attend internal and customer reviews and approve analysis/test reports.
• Staffing plans, performance evaluations, career coaching, and process improvement.
