Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in STEM or related field.
• 8+ years of experience performing classical and finite element analysis.
• Experience leading small teams in a technical/functional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Structural Analysts team (~12 people) and provide technical supervision.
• Ensure tools and processes meet cost and schedule requirements for the program.
• Oversee structural analysis for sensor systems across environments (airborne, space, maritime, land).
• Attend internal and customer reviews; approve analysis/test reports and perform trade studies.
• Develop staffing plans, performance reviews, and roadmaps; drive process improvements.
