Qualifications

• 4+ years leading small technical/people teams.
• 8+ years of experience performing classical and finite element analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~12 Structural Analysts in structural analysis.
• Oversee structural analysis for sensor systems across airborne, space, maritime and land environments.
• Attend internal and customer reviews; approve analyses and trade studies.
• Staffing, performance evaluation, goal planning, and hiring to meet staff demands and attrition.
• Ensure cost and schedule performance while meeting customer requirements.
