Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience; advanced degrees qualify.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• 2+ years leading small teams; 5+ years performing classical and finite element analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Structural Analysis team of 5–8 analysts, overseeing technical supervision.
• Oversee structural analysis for electronics and antenna structures across environments.
• Attend internal and customer reviews and approve analysis/test reports.
• Develop staffing plans, performance evaluations, and hiring to meet demand.
• Drive process improvements and tool integrations to meet schedule and cost goals.
