Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, including project and/or team leadership.
• Master’s degree in Structural, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
• PE and/or SE license.
• Strong track record in managing projects and client relationships.
• Confident communicator capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and working with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and winning new work.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and multidisciplinary projects, delivering high-quality work within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and fee estimates while identifying opportunities for new and repeat business.
• Provide technical leadership, quality reviews, and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Support growth strategy, market presence, and business development efforts.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
