You will lead projects and client relationships while helping develop new business and supporting the growth of the structural engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, design teams, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and fee estimates while identifying opportunities for new and repeat business.
• Provide technical leadership, quality reviews, and mentorship to the wider engineering team.

Qualifications
