• Confident communicator capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and working with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and winning new work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural and multidisciplinary projects, delivering high-quality work within scope, schedule, and budget.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Leader to join a growing team in Los Angeles.

This is a senior, client-facing position combining technical leadership, project delivery, business development, and team mentorship. You will lead projects and client relationships while helping develop new business and supporting the growth of the structural engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
