Job summary

The role covers structural systems across commercial and institutional projects, with ESOP ownership and opportunities to grow technical expertise while traveling up to 5% and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of structural design principles for buildings and structures.
• Familiarity with design software and drafting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems using various materials and software.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical design solutions.
• Contribute to quality control processes to meet IMEG standards.
